Dr. Rajeev Prasad is a senior Vision Specialist having practices in BIHAR, JHARKHAND, NEW DELHI & MAHARASTRA. After completing his optometry from Aligarh in 1998. He was among first two to get scholarship from Tata’s and was the second batch of Low Vision fellow from LV Prasad Eye Institute (Hyderabad).

In 2002 he served as International volunteer at Special Olympics International. Later in 2005 he was selected for a training for people in intellectual disability at world winter games held at JAPAN (NAGANO) organized by John F Kennedy foundation.  He also served as Asia Pacific head for Health for Special Olympics Inc. (USA) for over 5 years.  He has also completed Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine (BHMS).

During his tenure with Special Olympics he has conducted various trainings nationally and internationally and have attended various  conferences in India and abroad. He is also clinical director of Special Olympics of SOI. He is receipient of the most prestegious award “ Optometrist of the Year” 2018 & 2020.

Currently he is Secretary of Indian Optometric Association, President of Asia Pacific of Optometry & on board of directors of World Council of Optometry. He is also on the active working group of Public Health Committee at WCO.

Currently he is director of Visual Eyez, all of our centers caters majority of subspecialties of ophthalmology. To name those LOW VISION, VISION REHABILITATION, VISION THERAPY, CUSTOM MADE OCULAR PROSTHESIS, FACIAL PROSTHESIS, SCLERAL and MINI SCLERAL LENS and ORTHOKERATOLOGY.

He is guest faculty of Sankara Nethralaya, Kolkata & Visiting faculty at Chandigarh University, CT University, Punjab, and on board of studies of Dr. Agrawal ‘s Eye Hospital, Chennai.
