Anisometropic Amblyopia treated successfully RE -5/60 to 6/12 & LE 6/18p to 6/6 in less than 3 month

Samaria, a 5 years old baby girl visited Visual Eyez Noida from Faridabad after she was diagnosed with Lazy eye. The moment parents got to know about the inability to see properly from one and eye and other too with less vision. They immediately searched for treatment options and visited us. Her presented vision in RE was 5/60 I.e; only 5 meter vision and Left eye was 6/18p with glasses. Her initial power was RE -3.50/-2.75@30 & LE was +1.50/-1.50@180. We started the therapy and two a total of 3 follow up’s was made in 81 days. During these days the team dedicatedly worked on her visual perception in RE and balancing with LE so she doesn’t get double vision as she had power difference in both eyes. Parents traveled all the way from Faridabad to noida and finally she achieved RE 6/12 and LE 6/6. She also didn’t had depth perception but now she has 140 sec of ARC. We now have started Working on her Myopia so that doesn’t increase as she is a growing child.
