One in every 5000 people looses their one eye or gets disfigured due to various reasons. All these patients suffer cosmetically, socially & psychologically due to absence of an eye.
Facial Prosthesis
They lose their confidence & face problems getting married, or getting a decent job become challenging. They face many challenges in the society and life becomes difficult as society do not accept facially disfigured people very easily.
After best surgical & medical treatment these patients need an artificial eye or facial prosthesis.
Below are some of conditions who can be fitted with customized ocular prosthesis:
- Phthisis Bulbi and Atrophic Bulbi
- Eviscerated or Enucleated with Implant
- Congenital Anophthalmia Or Anophthalmia (eye has been removed surgically without implant)
- Microphthalmia
Post surgery (if any) charges for making and fitting of customized ocular prosthesis may vary from 18000 to 40000 depending on type and material used

- Facial burnt cases
- Tumor removal ( Orbital/ Oral upper cavity )
- Accidental ( Where whole eyelids along with the eye has been damaged )
