Retinitis Pigmentosa successfully Rehabilitated by Neuro Optometric Rehab.from 6/36 to 6/9p

Lovepreet a male of 26 years from Patiala Punjab visited Visual Eyez Noida centre in mid of April diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa almost 15 years back and was in absolute depression thinking about future and career. He has frustration, insecurity, he had lost hope and his Daily living Skills problems were below. Seeing Faces, Reading and writing, Mobility independently, Bumping into Objects, Lack of Confidence, Difficulty at night time. We started with Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation and in a month’s time his peripheral awareness, visual acuity which was 6/36p in right eye improved to 6/18p and left eye which was 6/18p turned to 6/12 and with both eyes 6/9p. Near which was N12p became N 6. A continuous monthly follow up was also done with Retina specialist and now not only his vision improved with the treatment we did and his positive attitude but also his confidence and comfort rose drastically.
